Artist Natasha Narain will encourage you to experiment and explore drawing playfully, making various marks and lines in sync with music and gestural movements using wet and dry mediums. You will create shapes and layers, make, and break patterns, and consider heaviness, mood, and balance. Natasha will provide examples from botanical, anatomical, geometric, textual works, and Kantha drawings from her Bengali heritage. A range of materials and surfaces will be provided.
