Work with exhibiting artist Fiona West and create a Zoetrope. A zoetrope is an early animation device that produces an illusion of motion. A sequence of static images are spun to give the illusion of a moving image. These simple optical illusion toys were very popular in the 19th century and were used as early forms of entertainment. These would eventually become the inspiration for modern animation.
