Event Type: Adult Skills Development Age Group(s): Adults Date: 15/10/2022 Start Time: 10:00 AM End Time: 12:00 PM Description: Writing can help you explore what’s happening in your life right now. It can help you stay calm, positive and present. This workshop will show you writing techniques to help develop healthy emotional habits. Please provide your own writing pen, notebook, blank paper, crayons or coloured pens or pencils. Presented by Caylie Jeffery, in partnership with Queensland Writers Centre. For adults and ages 16+
